1. Order Processing
- Made to Order: All apparel is produced in partnership with a professional print-on-demand provider, which means each item is made specifically for you.
- Production Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.
- Peak Seasons: During busy periods or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Times & Methods
- Estimated Delivery: Once produced, most orders arrive within 7–10 days. Some carriers may deliver sooner or slightly later, depending on your location.
- Shipping Carriers: We partner with reputable carriers to help ensure timely delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
- Business Days: Shipping estimates refer to business days (Monday–Friday). We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
3. Tracking Your Order
- Tracking Details: You’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
- Potential Delays: Once your order is with the carrier, unforeseen delays (weather, peak holiday shipping, etc.) may occur. SOONABOOSH is not responsible for carrier-related issues but will assist you where possible.
4. International Shipping (If Applicable)
- Delivery Windows: International deliveries may take longer than our standard 7–10 day window due to customs processing and varying postal services.
- Customs & Duties: Additional taxes, duties, or fees may be required by your country, payable by the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
5. Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages
- Accurate Information: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SOONABOOSH is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Lost or Stolen Shipments: If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package, please contact the carrier directly. While we aren’t liable for lost or stolen packages, we’re happy to provide any additional info needed for resolution.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
- Damaged Deliveries: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days, including photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to make things right.
- Missing Items: For any missing items or discrepancies, reach out as soon as possible. We’re here to help!
