1. Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

  • Most orders arrive within 7–10 days. Please note that some carriers may deliver slightly sooner or later.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number and ongoing support throughout the delivery process.
  • While we do our best to ensure prompt shipping, SOONABOOSH cannot be held responsible for carrier delays or packages lost by the carrier.

Garment Care Instructions
To keep your items looking their best, we recommend:

  • Washing in cold water (30°C/86°F)
  • Avoiding bleach or harsh detergents
  • Skipping fabric softeners/conditioners
  • Hanging to dry or using the lowest tumble-dry setting
  • Ironing on a low setting, inside-out, and never directly on the printed design

2. Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept general returns or exchanges, except in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item (color, size, or model).
  • Your product arrived damaged.
  • The item’s quality is below our standards.

In these instances, return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was printed incorrectly (wrong size, color, or design).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for undergarments, babywear, or swimwear due to hygiene reasons.


2.a Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

  • Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered the printing process.
  • All apparel is printed on demand. Once printing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • Cancellation requests are approved at SOONABOOSH’s discretion.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take pride in delivering top-quality products. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item or the wrong order, please let us know within 7 days by contacting us or emailing hello@soonaboosh.com so we can make it right.

Please note:

  • We’re unable to assist with issues reported after 7 days.
  • We cannot offer returns or exchanges if the item has been worn or used.
